Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Qaida ("the App") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the App. The App is provided by ZakInc. Please read this policy carefully.

Information We Collect

1. Information you provide

The App does not require you to create an account or submit personal information to use its core features. If you contact us (for support, feedback, etc.), you may provide an email address or other contact details.

2. Automatically collected information

When you use the App, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect certain technical information from your device including:

Device identifiers (for advertising, e.g., Advertising ID on Android)
Device model and OS version
IP address and approximate location derived from IP
Usage and diagnostic data (crash logs, performance metrics)

3. Local storage

The App uses local storage (for example, Android SharedPreferences) to persist settings, progress, and small non-sensitive data on the device.

4. Advertising data

The App shows advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (for example, Google AdMob). Those ad networks may collect identifiers and usage data to serve and personalize ads. See the "Ads and Third Parties" section for details.

5. Third-party content loaded in WebViews

If the App opens external web content through a WebView, the loaded web pages can collect information based on their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the data practices of external websites.

How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and provide App features and functionality.
To display and personalize advertisements, when enabled.
To diagnose and fix technical issues (crash reports, logs).
To respond to user inquiries and provide support.

Ads & Third Parties

We use third-party advertising platforms (for example, Google AdMob) to display ads. These providers may collect information about your device and your use of the App to serve and personalize ads, including using the advertising identifier of your device. If you wish to opt out of personalized ads on Android devices, you can disable ad personalization in your Google account settings or reset/limit your device advertising ID. For more information:

Third-party SDKs and Services

The App integrates third-party libraries and SDKs which may collect or process data independently. These include (but may not be limited to):

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
Google Play Services (for advertising identifier and other services)
flutter_tts (text-to-speech) and device's TTS engine
audioplayers
webview_flutter (if external web content is used)
Other open-source libraries (see pubspec.yaml for the full list)

Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

Internet — required to load ads, download remote content, and serve online features.
Network state — used to detect connectivity so the App can behave appropriately when offline.

Children's Privacy

The App is designed for young learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by local law (for example, under 13 in the U.S.) without verifiable parental consent.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child provided personal information in the App, please contact us (see the Contact section) so we can delete the information.

Data Retention & Deletion

Data stored locally (settings, progress) is kept on the device until the app is uninstalled or the user clears app data. We retain diagnostic and server logs only as long as necessary to operate and improve the App.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data stored or processed by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

Opt out of personalized ads via your Google account settings or device settings.
Uninstall the App to remove local data from the device.
Contact us to request data access or deletion (see Contact section).

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the effective date above and notify users as required by law.
